Westport Hires New Human Resources Director For Town Government
Candice Holley has more than 20 years experience in Human Capital and Human Resources Implementation.

WESTPORT, CT — First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker announced today that the Town has hired Candice Holley to serve as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Westport, effective immediately.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Human Capital and Human Resources Implementation, Ms. Holley brings extensive knowledge to the Town of Westport with a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment and retention. Most recently, Ms. Holley has served as an Independent Human Resources Consultant within the New York City Metro area. Previous positions include Vice President, People and Operations, Sandy Hook Promise Foundation and Global Director, Human Resources, with Barnes Group, Inc.

Ms. Holley graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She attended the University of Mississippi to earn a degree in Psychology and the University of Cincinnati to earn a degree in Political Science.
First Selectwoman Tooker stated, “We look forward to welcoming Candice and having her contribute as a key member of the team of experienced hard-working professionals who work daily to make Westport the best place to live, work and play in the region.”
