Westport Library, Westport-Weston Chamber To Host 'Supper & Soul'

Westport Library: The Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce (WWCC) and The Westport Library are pleased to announce a partnership for this season’s Supper & Soul series. The first event will be held on Saturday, November 16. The night will be capped off by a concert with the dynamic Kat Wright in the Forum of the newly-renovated Library following dinner at various restaurants throughout downtown Westport.

This fall’s event is the inaugural partnership between the Westport Library and the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce and kicks off a three-part Supper & Soul series running through spring 2020.

“I’m pleased to be collaborating with and bringing this successful event to the Library,” said Matthew Mandell, Executive Director of the Chamber. “Kat is simply fantastic and the full sound of her 7-piece band will truly shine in the new Forum.”

The single ticket multi-faceted event entitles participants to enjoy a 3 course meal at one of eight downtown restaurants, then see the concert and return to any of the same restaurants for happy hour pricing for drinks. The ticket for this event will be $70 per person for the dinner and concert, with concert only tickets available for $27.50.

“The newly-transformed Library space is the perfect venue for Kat and her unique sound and what a cool opportunity to bring folks in to enjoy the new Forum performance space,” said Bill Harmer, Executive Director of the Westport Library. “We are thrilled to be partnering with the Chamber on Supper & Soul to bring this event to downtown and look forward to the next concert!”
Participating restaurants include: 190 Main, Amis, Jesup Hall, The Meatball Shop, Rothbard, Spotted Horse, Tavern on Main, and Wafu, each within walking distance of the Westport Library. The dinner seating will take place at 6pm with the concert beginning at 8pm.
