Westport Makes Decision On School For Tuesday, Feb. 12

WESTPORT, CT — All Westport public schools have canceled classes for Tuesday, Feb. 12 due to the weather. The announcement was made by Westport Schools Superintendent Colleen Palmer on Twitter.

"Westport Public Schools will not be in session tomorrow due to the predicted timing and duration of the storm," Palmer said on Twitter. "Enjoy the snow day!"

A snow and ice storm is forecast to drop three to four inches of accumulation and the worst of the storm is expected in the early afternoon. (To sign up for Westport breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
