Westport Man Arrested After Disturbance At Restaurant: PD
He challenged one person to a physical confrontation, police said.

WESTPORT, CT — A Westport man was arrested after he caused a disturbance at a local restaurant. Police responded to the restaurant Nov. 21 and found Gerard Gaspel, 62, leaving.
Gaspel approached two men who were having an investor meeting, said derogatory things and challenger one to a physical confrontation, police said.
He refused to leave when asked.
