WESTPORT, CT — A 29-year-old Westport man was arrested last week on a charge of third-degree possession of child pornography, after Westport police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to authorities.

Westport police detectives visited Myers at his home to question him about the tip, and "Mr. Myers admitted to possessing child pornography and provided his cell phones and laptops which contained the images."

After police conducted a cursory search of the devices, they confirmed that they contained suspected child pornography, which led to Myers' arrested.
