“Application materials may be viewed on the P&Z’s pending application page on the Town’s website here. Additionally, all correspondence received to date from residents on the prior §8-24 Request that was withdrawn on 1/4/24, will be incorporated by reference into the record; therefore, residents don’t need to re-send their emails as staff will put them into the record. This does not preclude residents from contributing new comments for consideration by the P&Z Commission by emailing PandZ@westportct.gov or by attending the meeting and offering testimony.”

The January 22, 2024 meeting will be live-streamed at 7:00 PM on the Town’s website at www.westportct.gov, and accessible on Optimum Government Access Channel 79. The remote meeting link is published on the meeting agenda available on the Town’s website on the “Meeting List and Calendar” webpage. Written comments may be submitted and should be sent to PandZ@westportct.gov by 12:00pm on the day of the meeting if intended to be distributed for consideration by members of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Written comments received after 12:00pm on the day of the meeting will be entered into the record but will not be distributed until the next business day.
