The application calls for installing a private sanitary sewer main extension beginning at an existing sewer manhole at Whitney Street and Roseville Road. The sewer would extend about 74 feet north along Roseville Road to the midpoint of a proposed private road called Coastal Ridge.

The proposal also calls for sewer service laterals to each of three proposed lots associated with Resubdivision Application PZ-26-00304.
