Westport Police Arrest Man for Snorting Cocaine with 2 Juveniles in Home
Police said the suspect later admitted to cocaine use and said it was given to him by a friend.

WESTPORT, CT - On December 24 at approximately 11 p.m., Westport officers were dispatched to a Kings Highway South address on a 911 hang up call.
Responding officers approached the residence and observed Andrew Kindt preparing what police believed to be cocaine on the kitchen table and then snorting it. Officers then entered the residence and noticed him sweep the remaining narcotics and paraphernalia into his pocket, attempting to conceal it.
The suspect later admitted to the cocaine use and said it was given to him by a friend. There were two juveniles in the home at the time.

The substance was tested at the scene by officers and found it positive for cocaine. Kindt was taken into custody and held on a $5,000 bond, wand was given a Tuesday court date in Norwalk.
