Westport Public Schools Make Decision On Afternoon Classes

WESTPORT, CT — Westport Public Schools will be on an early dismissal schedule on Monday, Dec. 2, due to the inclement weather sweeping through Connecticut today, district officials announced.

"The WPS will have a 2-hour early dismissal today, December, 2, 2019, for all schools," they wrote on the district's website.

The town's public schools opened at the regular time on Monday morning, but several districts in northern Connecticut were closed or delayed.
