Westport Republicans Seek Applicants to Fill Clarissa Moore's Post on the Board of Finance
Elected last fall, Moore resigned this week because she and her family have relocated to Florida.

WESTPORT, CT — Board of Finance member Clarissa Moore, who was elected just last year, has resigned from the board because she and her family have relocated to Florida.
She is a former member of the Representative Town Meeting, and a former financial executive. Warmer weather and lower taxes were the main drivers for the decision to move, she told the Westport News.
She resigned on Wednesday, and the Westport Republican Town Committee announced Thursday that it is now accepting applications for those interested in filling the vacancy on the Board of Finance caused by Moore's relocation.
