Westport Seeks Bids For New Sanitary Sewer Extension Project
Proposals for the project, which is for roads near downtown, will be accepted until 11 a.m. on Jan. 19.
WESTPORT, CT — The town is seeking proposals for a sanitary sewer extension project for Evergreen Avenue, Evergreen Parkway, Tamarac Road, Lone Pine Land, Gorham Avenue, Compo Road North and Brookside Drive, Westport officials announced.
Bids will be received by the town until 11 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2023, at:

No bids will be received or accepted after 11 a.m. that day. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by downloading from the Town’s website.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, responses will be opened the next business day via a ZOOM meeting, officials said. Those interested in viewing the ZOOM meeting can apply for access by emailing Water Pollution Control Authority Coordinator Bryan Thompson at bthompson@westportct.gov.

"The Town of Westport reserves the right to waive any defects and informality in the bidding or in any bid, to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept that bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Westport," officials said in a statement.
