Westport Sunrise Rotary's Great Duck Race Returns This Weekend

WESTPORT, CT — The Great Duck Race, hosted by the Westport Sunrise Rotary, returns to downtown Westport from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, organizers announced.

"Thousands of rubber ducks will race to the finish line, with each duck corresponding to a raffle ticket, giving ticket buyers the chance to win one of the $10,000 in cash prizes while supporting a great cause," organizers wrote in a statement.

In addition to the duck race, the event also features games, activities for children, food, music, and local sponsors.

The 2025 event was attended by more than 5,000 people, and raised nearly $100,000 for local charities, organizers said.
