Westport Teen Born on 9/11 Rings NYSE Opening Bell

Staples High School freshman Hillary O’Neill was among several teens born on Sept. 11, 2001 that rang the New York Stock Exchange opening bell Friday.

O’Neill is a member of 911 Day, an organization that seeks to keep the spirit of compassion that came after the attack alive, according to Westport Now.

Hillary was born at Norwalk Hospital hours after the attack, according to People Magazine.
