Westport's Greens Farms Academy Sponsors Bob Hurley Basketball Clinic

An announcement from the Horizons at Greens Farms Academy program:

If you have not been to a Hall of Fame Basketball Coach, Bob Hurley clinic, now is your chance to check that off of your sports bucket list.

This will be my fourth one. I.e., they are great.

You are invited to attend his clinic at the Wakeman Boys and Girls Club in Bridgeport onSunday, Sept. 28 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Coach Hurley is doing this clinic as a fund raiser for the incredibly successful Horizons at GFA program

The Horizons program has been using summer school and Saturday sessions at Greens Farms Academy to give Bridgeport public school students a life changing academic boost. The results have been amazing. Defying the odds stacked against them, the Horizon kids have been graduating high school and getting into college at a near 100 percent rate.

It’s a powerful program that you will be proud to support.

The suggested admission donation is $25, but no amount will be considered too large or too small. So please come...and invite your friends to come.
