Westport's Longshore Golf Course To Launch New Tee Time Reservation Platform
The town's Parks and Recreation Department, which oversees the popular golf course, is asking handpass holders to update their information.

WESTPORT, CT — The tee time reservation system for Westport's Longshore Golf Course will transition to a new platform next week, Parks and Recreation Director Erik Barbieri announced.
The course will move from the Chelsea reservation system to ForeUp, a tee time booking platform used by golf facilities nationwide.
Officials said the change is intended to streamline reservations for the upcoming season; an exact opening date for the golf course has not yet been disclosed.

To help ensure a smooth transition, Parks and Recreation handpass holders are asked to log into their existing Chelsea accounts and confirm that their contact information is up to date before the system transfer takes place next week.

Parks and Recreation officials noted that the new system requires each handpass holder to have a unique email address tied to their account. Accounts that share an email address, or accounts with outdated information, could experience delays or issues when booking tee times at the start of the season.
Officials encouraged users to review and update their account information in advance to avoid disruptions once the new reservation system goes live.
"Thank you for your cooperation," Barbieri said. "We look forward to another great season at Longshore."
