William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Luxury Specialist Nanci Lewis to Westport Brokerage

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that experienced luxury real estate agent Nanci Lewis has joined the firm’s Westport, Conn., brokerage, bringing high-end market expertise and a distinctive, full-service approach to buying and selling.

Now in her 14th year in residential real estate, Lewis has built her business almost exclusively in the luxury sector, focused on sales exceeding $2 million. She joins William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to further elevate her service offering and expand her reach through the brand’s global network.

Lewis also offers a full staging and home styling service, an added value that has become a defining element of her business. By incorporating staging into her marketing strategy, she helps clients present their homes at the highest level, often enhancing both buyer perception and final sale value.

“My business has always been centered in the luxury space, and aligning with a brand that reflects that level of service and exposure was a natural step,” said Lewis, who joins the firm from Keller Williams Realty.

Lewis often specializes in working with downsizing clients, guiding them through both the sale of a primary residence and the purchase of a secondary home—frequently in Florida, where she is also licensed. She is affiliated with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Naples, Fla., allowing her to support clients across both markets.

Lewis began her career as a financial analyst with Fortune 500 companies and later owned and operated her own retail business for a decade.
