Woman Arrested in Westport After Leaving Baby Alone in Car: Police

A woman was arrested after she allegedly left her infant alone in a car.

Police responded to the Whole Foods parking lot and found an infant alone in an unlocked car, according to the Connecticut Post.

The car’s A/C was on and the baby was alone for about seven minutes, according to witness reports.

The infant’s mother, Milan Kunajukr, 30, was charged with risk of injury to a minor. She returned to the vehicle a short time after police responded.
