YMCA Offers College Students a Winter Break Membership Special

The Westport Weston Family YMCA offers a membership special for all returning college students during the Winter Break.

The YMCA’s College Student Winter Break Membership Special is valid from Dec. 5, 2015 until Jan. 31, 2016, for a one-time fee of $75. This membership special allows college students full use of the YMCA’s Bedford Family Center at 14 Allen Raymond Lane in Westport.

Like all new YMCA members, college students can sign up for a complimentary Wellness Center Orientation to learn the proper use of the fitness equipment, including the fully “wired” LifeFitness cardio equipment that allows you to track your workouts and customize your workout routine.

To register, college students are asked to bring a valid school ID or other proof of current enrollment and fill out a simple, one-page application form at the YMCA’s Welcome Center.

“It’s our YMCA’s way to welcome local students back home for the holidays and to help them enjoy a healthful, productive break from school,” says Brian Marazzi, Membership Engagement Director.
