7 Year old Connecticut Children's Patient is Giving Back
Kids helping kids! Blankets and Hats for CCMC patients
7 year old Bianca is a patient at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. She wants to give back to the kids that may be worse off than she is. She started a group called Bianca's Bumblebees. Why Bumblebees? Bumblebees technically should not be able to fly. Their bodies are too big for their tiny wings. However, they don't know that, so they fly anyways. So, essentially they perform little miracles everyday. Bianca may be young and may have her own issues but she doesn't let that stop her from doing anything she sets her heart on. Her heart is set on collecting colorful hats and blankets for the patients at the hospital. She knows first hand what it is like to sit in a boring, cold, beige hospital room. Her goal is to keep the kids warm and to make sure to keep the rooms bright and fun while she is at it.
