WETHERSFIELD, CT — Five Below will open a new store in Wethersfield on Friday, Oct. 30, with a weekend of giveaways, special offers and children's activities, according to a company news release.
The store is located at 1063 Silas Deane Highway.
The grand opening activities are scheduled to run through Sunday, Nov. 1, and will include free giveaways, product deals, games and activities for children.
The retailer sells candy, snacks, toys, games, collectibles, beauty products, electronics, room decorations and other merchandise.
Most items are priced between $1 and $5, although the company also sells products priced above $5.
The Wethersfield store will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Five Below operates more than 1,900 stores in 46 states, according to the company.
