57 McMullen Avenue, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $369,000. This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has fresh paint, new flooring and new kitchen appliances, a huge front patio and an enormous detached two-bay garage. Zillow dates it to 1914 and lists 1,632 square feet.
15 Morrison Avenue, noon to 2 p.m., $399,000. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home has been in the same family for generations, according to the listing, which says the sellers chose not to refinish the floors or replace the windows so the buyer can pick. It has a brick fireplace, a built-in china cabinet, five-panel doors, a three-season front porch and a walk-up attic, plus a detached two-car garage. It has 1,404 square feet on 0.35 acres.

81 Griswold Road, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $399,900. This two-bedroom, one-bath ranch is in the Griswoldville neighborhood, with two fireplaces, a quartz eat-in kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a home office and a 2024 roof. It has 1,353 square feet on 0.38 acres.
63 Schoolhouse Crossing #63, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., $329,900. This two-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is an end unit at The Crossings, with a living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, an attached garage and in-unit laundry. It has 1,241 square feet and a $277 monthly HOA fee, per Zillow.
100 Midwell Road, noon to 2 p.m., $480,000. This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath Colonial was built in 1964 and has a living room fireplace, a gas-range kitchen, a partially finished basement and a private patio. It has 1,931 square feet.
15 Colonial Drive, noon to 2 p.m., $519,900. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath raised ranch has been owned by the family that built it in 1977, according to the listing. The walkout lower level has a custom floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a full second kitchen and a full bath, suited to in-law use, and an enclosed rear porch has exposed brick. It has 2,141 square feet, and the price was cut $10,000 on Nov. 3.
