Bond Commission Award Could Boost Wethersfield Apartment Project

WETHERSFIELD, CT — The State Bond Commission has endorsed $5 million in assistance for a private apartment building project on the Silas Deane Highway, the Hartford Courant reported.

The money would would give Lexington Partners a boost as part of a $27 million, 120-unit building at 1278 Silas Deane Highway, according to the story.
