June presents another opportunity to take Volunteer Research Librarian Martha Smart’s Ancient Burying Ground Tour. In addition to her work in the library, Martha is a long-time Wethersfield resident, who quite literally knows where all the bodies are buried. Learn Wethersfield’s history through the lives of the people who lived here.
Tours gather at the red barn in the First Church parking lot. Tours last about an hour and a half. Admission is $10 for the general public and free to current WHS members. Due to the outdoor nature of the tour, only cash will be accepted.
This tour may be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather. Pre-registration is not required.
