Cop's Dash Cam Captures Stolen Car Crash

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A crash in Wethersfield involving a stolen car was captured by the dash camera of a police cruiser.

The video was released on Monday by Wethersfield police.

The crash took place at about 5 p.m. Sunday, as a Wethersfield police officer was pulling out of a pharmacy parking lot.

The dash cam showed it all.

The "at fault" car was a stolen vehicle being driven by a juvenile who was fleeing the scene with friends, police said.

The other car was occupied by a family of three, police said. All three family members were injured and were taken to an area hospital, police said.
