Documents: Wethersfield Man Admits to Murdering His Mother

Court papers were released.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A local man who was implicated in a murder case nearly two years ago, has confessed to the crime, the Hartford Court reported.

John Waszynski, 61 is accused of murdering his mother in their Stillman Road home and court documents reveal a confession, according to the story.

Waszynski, who was the sole caregiver for his 86-year-old mother, stopped taking his psychiatric medications more than a year before the killing, according to the document. He did not report her death and lived with the decomposing body in the house at 75 Stillman Road for more than four months, the document says.
