Hartford PD Chart Shows Many Keys Left in Stolen Suburban Vehicles

Wethersfield made the Hartford PD list of stolen vehicles showing up in the city.

HARTFORD, CT — A statistical chart released this week by Hartford police shows a good number of vehicles that showed up in the city were stolen from the suburbs with the keys left in them.

The chart prompted a number of local police departments to issue another warning to residents that vehicles should be locked and the keys brought inside. FOB devices should be moved out of range, police said.
