Last Call for Leaf Collection in Wethersfield

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Leaf collection crews will be making one last pass through town starting on Monday, town officials said.

Leaves will not be picked up after Dec. 11, town officials said.

The last collection tour is weather permitting, police said.

Residents are being asked to "put all leaves out to the curb as soon as possible," officials said.

After Dec. 11, leaves can be brought to the Transfer Station at 100 Marsh St. free of charge.

The Transfer Station is open Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and Saturday 8 from a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
