WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Wethersfield family is accusing elementary school authorities in a lawsuit of not officially reporting an alleged sexual assault in 2015, the Hartford Courant reported.
Police and state investigations on the matter had closed, according to the story.
The alleged assault involved a kindergarten student in a rest room, according to the story.
