Local Track and Field Athletes Shine at Greater Hartford Invitational
Wethersfield High School won eight events to cruise to the boys large school title.

SIMSBURY, CT - A number of area athletes turned in sparkling performances Saturday at the Greater Hartford Invitational track meet at Simsbury High School.
Host Simsbury won the girls large school division with 117 points, while Tolland captured the small school title with 190.5 points.
For the boys, Wethersfield compiled 138 points to easily win the large school crown, while Ellington won the small school division with 94 points.
