MDC: Low Water Level Causing High Smells Near Old Wethersfield

WETHERSFIELD, CT — So far, the smell coming from a piece of Metropolitan District Commission land near Old Wethersfield seems to be from the inland equivalent of low tide.

Town Manager Jeff Bridges said he talked to the MDC about the matter after a resident complained, according to aHartford Courant story.

The MDC blamed recent lower water levels,according to the story.
