'No Trespassing' Warning Issued for Wethersfield's Cottone Field

Police sent out a 'no trespassing' warning for the field at WHS.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Police on Monday sent out a reminder that Cottone Field at Wethersfield High School is "off limits unless authorized."

Police said several people "trespassed" onto the field and shoveled snow off the artificial turf in order to use it.

"No trespassing" signs are posted around the field, and the gates are locked "to prevent damage to the turf."
