21 Connecticut Destination Wineries You Must Visit

Can you think of anything better than a great bottle of wine and a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting? You don't need to travel to California or France to enjoy such a delight, it can be found right here in Connecticut.

In fact, there are not just a couple of options in the state... try 21. To prove it, Connecticut Magazine recently came up with a list of the state's 21 Destination Connecticut Wineries with Great Dining Options.

These places not only serve a variety of great wines, they also make sure you'll leave with a full stomach. "Every winery on our list serves some edible delight, from meats to vegan specialties, cheeses to chocolates, antipasto to fondue and fruit pies to pizza pies," writes authors Kate Hartman, Erik Ofgang and Albert Yuravich.
