WETHERSFIELD, CT — Police have issued a Silver Alert for missing teen Syphaine Santiago, 16.
She is described by police as Hispanic with auburn hair and brown eyes. She is 5'6'' and weighs around 185 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a blue Northface jacket, black clothing and sneakers.
