Silver Alert Issued For Missing Wethersfield Teen

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen. Syphanie Santiago, 17, went missing Monday. She is 5'9", 189 lbs. and was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a pink jacket.
