WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for a teen missing out of Wethersfield, police said.
Michelle Nguyen, 16, was last seen on Monday, police said.
Nguyen is being described as 5-foot-6, 115 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes, She was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket, police said.
