Teen Robbed, Assaulted In Wethersfield: PD
The teen was robbed by several other teens, police said.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A 13-year-old middle school student was robbed of his belongings and assaulted while waiting for the school bus near Yale and Amherst streets Monday morning, police said.
Two cars pulled up alongside the victim and occupants demanded his belongings. The victim refused and two teens exited one of the vehicles and pushed the victim to the ground. They then began to punch and kick him. Two suspects then took the victim's belongings.
There are a total of seven suspects between the two vehicles. One vehicle was a silver or white Honda CRV and the other was a smaller blue Honda.

All seven suspects are males around the age of 16. No weapons were used or implied during the robbery.
The victim sustained minor injuries and wasn't transported to the hospital.
