WETHERSFIELD, CT — The northbound side of the Route 5/15 highway was closed during the evening rush hour after a tractor-trailer rolled over, state and Wethersfield police said.
The crash took place just after 4:30 a.m., authorities said.
State police said the crash involved life-threatening injury.
