Video: Wethersfield Police Team Ready for Another Penguin Plunge

The event benefits the Special Olympics.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Wethersfield police are ready for another Special Olympics CT Penguin Plunge on Feb. 25 at Crystal Lake in Middletown.

Wethersfield Special Olympics will receive 50 percent of all donations made to the WPD Penguin Plunge Team.

Anyone wishing to make a donation or joining the team can visit the WPD Team Page here.

Anyone prefer to donate by check, can drop it off at the Wethersfield Police Department, 250 Silas Deane Highway. Check to the attention of Officer Manny Silva can be made payable to: Special Olympics CT with "Wethersfield Police" in the memo area.
