WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Cromwell resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wethersfield last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 18, Jay Cote, of Cromwell, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from the Citgo in Wethersfield and won $10,000.
