Wethersfield Condo Project Nears Completion
Developers said that residents have begun moving into the complex, which will include a total of 150 units.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — A condominium project at 1160 and 1178 Silas Deane Highway is nearing completion, according to a statement from the developer. Lexington Partners LLC and LAZ Investments report that the first group of residents has moved into one complex, dubbed The Borden at 1160.
The property management and leasing group expects to continue to fill the building in the coming weeks.
The Borden at 1160 consists of 39 luxury apartment units on four floors in the former bank building. The building contains 24 studio apartments and 15 one-bedroom apartments.

Additionally, construction continues into its final phase of 1178 Silas Deane next door, which will hold 111 apartment units and contain the majority of The Borden’s amenities such as a club room, state of the art fitness center, virtual golf simulator and a dog park. There will also be a restaurant on the ground level of 1178.
