Wethersfield Cops Get a Nice Weekend Surprise – Holiday Cookies
It made for a sweet shift on Saturday.
WETHERSFIELD, CT — A local elf made an early holiday delivery to the Wethersfield Police Department over the weekend — a cookie jar full of cookies.
Police posted a picture of the sweet treats on their Facebook page on Saturday. By Sunday night they had 212 likes for the posting.
"Thank you to the resident who dropped off these cookies for officers and staff at the PD. The continued support and kindness we receive from the residents of Wethersfield is greatly appreciated," police said in a Facebook post.
