WETHERSFIELD, CT - A crash has tied up traffic along Interstate-91 northbound just in time for the afternoon commute. The two-car crash was reported by the state Department of Transportation at 3:58 p.m. It is between Exits 24 and 25 and the three left lanes are closed, the DOT said.
