Anna (DiNino) Casasanta, 78, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Orante Casasanta, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016, peacefully with her loving family by her side.
Born on November 24, 1937 in Pratola Peligna, province of Aquila, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Franco and Lucia (Iacobucci) DiNino. Anna enjoyed cooking and caring for her family and friends.
A devoted wife, mother and nonna, Anna will be truly missed by her loving daughters; Josephine C. Lagueux and her husband Joe of Newington and Luciana C. Albert and her husband Mark of Cromwell and her loving grandson, Gianluca Albert.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 29 (which would have been Anna and Orante’s 61st wedding anniversary) at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. Burial will be private and there are no calling hours.
The D’Esopo Funeral Chapel is entrusted with the arrangements.
