Wethersfield Obituary: Evelyn Ives, 106

Evelyn Ives, 106, of Newington, formerly of Wethersfield, passed away peacefully Friday, December 22, 2017 in Newington. She was the widow of Arthur Albert Ives.

Born in New York City on March 1, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Joseph and Emma (Gose) Reynolds.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Denise Paternostro and her husband Carl of Wethersfield. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Grace Ives.

Evelyn formerly worked at the Ferguson Library in Stamford and was an avid New York Mets fan.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
