Wethersfield Obituary: Gerald Suppicich, 70

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my brother, Gerald "Jerry" Allan Suppicich, on October 3, 2017.

Jerry was born in Hartford on April 10, 1947 to Joseph and Betty (Murray) Suppicich. He was raised in Wethersfield and graduated from Wethersfield High School in 1965. While in high school, he played football and basketball, was named to Nutmeg Boys State, was an All State Thespian, and was President of the Student Council.

Jerry graduated from Boston College. Except for a few years in Boston after college, Jerry lived his entire life in Wethersfield. Jerry loved sports and his favorite teams were the Red Sox, the Patriots and the B.C. Eagles.

Jerry leaves his older brother Bob Suppicich, of Wethersfield and many cousins from both the Suppicich and Murray sides of the family.
