
Joseph Thomas Connors, 30, of Wethersfield, passed away unexpectedly in a tragic accident surrounded by his loving family on October 30, 2017.
Born February 19th, 1987 in Hartford, he was the beloved son of Emily Connors. Joe attended Wethersfield High School and recently graduated from New England Tractor Trailer Training School. He had just started a new journey with a new career that was very exciting and fulfilling.
He recently met the love of his life, Nika Goodman. Joe was funny, witty, smart, gentle and kind. He was an animal lover who cherished his pet Chihuahua, Lola, who he lovingly called "Fatso". He was a devoted son to his mother Emily, and they shared a special bond that can not be broken.

Joseph was a family man who loved his little cousins. With his charming smile he loved and touched everyone he met, and had a way of turning your day around. Joe loved the Dallas Cowboys and playing football with his best friends and family on the weekend. He will be remembered by all who knew him as a strong, dependable and determined man with a sweet soul. He will be eternally loved and his memory will live on forever through his close family.
Joe leaves behind his mother Emily Connors, his sister Marena Connors, his girlfriend Nika Goodman, his grandfather Mark Connors and his grandmother Cynthia Connors. He is also survived by his cousins Stacey Oberg, Jessica, Leah and Tommy Connors, and their small children Camryn, Sofia, Colton, his uncles Robert Salter and Lenny Oberg and his aunts Laurie Bibisi and Melissa Connors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Saturday, November 4th, at Christ the King Parish (Corpus Christi Church), 601 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield. Friends may call from 5-8PM on Friday, November 3, at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home,1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield.
