Wethersfield Officer Injured After Crash
The crash is being investigated. The other person involved was taken into custody on an active warrant.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Wethersfield Police officer sustained minor injuries after his cruiser was struck by a woman, according to police.
A Newington Police officer noticed a Honda Accord parked behind a motel and followed it into Wethersfield, according to police. Newington Police coordinated with Wethersfield Police to stop the Accord as it approached Griswold Road.
The crash happened at the intersection of Prospect Street and Griswold Road. The Wethersfield officer was transported to the hospital. The other driver, identified as Chelsea Quail, 28, of Enfield wasn't injured, but was transported to the hospital for evaluation, police said.

She was taken into custody after being treated at the hospital on an active arrest warrant for violation of probation.
The Wethersfield crash is under investigation and Quail hasn't been charged with any crimes in relation to the incident.
