Wethersfield Officer Injured at Crash Site is Back on Patrol

His return to full duty was announced Tuesday.

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Wethersfield officer struck by a vehicle while investigating a crash in March has returned to patrol duties, police said on Tuesday.

Officer Peter McGee was hurt on March 8, police said. He was back on the job in September for light duty.

McGee, whose injuries required a knee surgery, was undergoing physical therapy while on light duty.
