Wethersfield Officials Outline Leaf Collection Basics

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Leaves raked to the curb will be collected by Wethersfield town crews from Oct. 30 through Dec. 1, 2017, in accordance with the schedule listed online by town officials.

Residents should have their leaves raked curbside by the first day of collection in their areas, town officials said.

Leaves should be raked in a long row about three feet high and placed on the snow shelf behind the curb, not in the street, per Town Code, officials said.

Piles must be free of any "foreign matter" like large tree branches and stones, officials said.
