WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Wethersfield resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterbury last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 18, Domitila Rosario, of Wethersfield, purchased a 20x Cash 5th Edition ticket from Dalia Food Mart Inc in Waterbury and won $20,000.
